Refund & Return Policy

Soft goods should feel right in your home. If they don’t, here is how Plivoe handles returns and money back.
Business day = Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Clock starts at delivery
You have 30 calendar days from the day the carrier marks the order delivered to ask for a return.
Saw damage, a defect, or the wrong item? Message us quickly—within about 7 days is best—and attach clear photos.
What we can take back
Yes: unused, clean, smoke-free items with tags/packaging when they came with them, plus your order number.
No: items that were used as everyday pillows, washed, altered, or stained after delivery; returns we never approved; requests after day 30.
Steps (please follow in order)
- Email service@plivoe.com or call +1 302-414-8728 — order number + reason.
- Wait for a yes/no and packing notes (usually 1–2 business days).
- Only then ship to the U.S. returns address below, with tracking.

Unapproved parcels may be refused. Put the order number on a slip inside the box.
Who pays the return label
Our fault (broken, defective, wrong, or missing piece): we cover return postage; full product refund or exchange if stock allows; no restocking fee.
Changed your mind: you cover return postage; product price refunded; original outbound shipping stays with us; no restocking fee.
Swaps
Same 30-day window, stock permitting. Higher-priced swap → you pay the gap. Lower-priced swap → we refund the gap after inspection.
When money hits your account
We inspect soon after arrival (often within 2 business days). Approved refunds usually go back to the original payment method in 3–5 business days; banks may add another few days.
If the return fails inspection
We’ll email you. Options may include sending the item back at your cost, or closing the case without refund if we get no reply for 15 days.
Disputes with your card issuer
Write to us first. Most issues resolve faster than a chargeback.
